1. Product & Certification

Q1: Do your products have certifications for export?

A1: All our products have passed CE/CB/PS/G-mark certifications. We can provide certification documents and test reports for customs clearance.

Q2: What is the working voltage of the products?

A2: Standard version is 220V 60Hz for EU and Asia,middle east market. We also support customized 110V 50Hz version for North America. Different voltage design is available on your request.

Q3: What’s the way of package?

A3: Individual box or polybag for each product, 10pcs in colourful box. user manual and basic installation parts. Extra accessories can be customized as required.

 

2. OEM & ODM Customization

Q1: Do you support OEM & ODM service?

A1: Yes. We can print customer logos, customize body colors, outer packaging and adjust product functions. One-stop OEM service is provided.

Q2: Can you develop new products according to our drawings or samples?

A2: We have a professional R&D team. We can develop molds and produce prototype samples based on your drawings or samples. Mass production will start after sample confirmation.

Q3: What is the MOQ and sample lead time?

A3: The MOQ depends on different customization requirements. Sample production takes 7-10 working days.

 

3. Quality & Inspection

Q1: What inspections will be conducted before delivery?

A1: We conduct full inspection including power-on test, withstand voltage test, leakage current test, function test and appearance inspection. Only qualified goods can be delivered.

Q2: What if the goods have functional problems after receipt?

A2: Please provide photos and videos within 48 hours after receiving goods. We will provide free replacement or maintenance for non-human quality problems.

Q3: What is your warranty period?

A3: The general warranty period is 1 year. Core components can enjoy extended warranty service.

 

4. Production & Lead Time

Q1: How long is the delivery time for stock orders and custom orders?

A1: For normal order can be finished within 25 days after getting confirmed order with deposit. 

Q2: Can you arrange urgent production for urgent orders?

A2: Yes, we support urgent orders. We can prioritize the production line. The extra cost and lead time can be negotiated according to the order quantity.

5. After-sales Service

Q1: How to solve quality problems after receiving goods?

A1: Please send photos/videos within 48h. We support free replacement or refund for quality defects.

Q2: Can you provide technical support?

A2: Yes, online technical guidance all the time.

Q3: Can you provide multi-language user manuals?

A3: We support English, Spanish, French and other multi-language manuals and outer packaging to meet global export demands.

6. Factory Visit & Cooperation

Q1: Can we visit your factory?

A1: Warmly welcome. You can make an appointment in advance to visit our full production, quality inspection and packaging processes.

Q2: Will you sign a formal sales contract?

A2: All orders are signed with formal contracts, clarifying quality standards, lead time and after-sales terms to protect both parties' interests.
